How to Apply

Applying for a Dual Degree Program

Step 1. Admission to Asia University

► Multiple admission pathways at Asia University:

  1. Independent Admission (February – August)
  2. Stars Program (March)
  3. Individual Application (March)
  4. Subject-based Test (July – August)

Step 2. English Proficiency Requirement

  1. After admission, new students must submit English certificates and test scores to the Dual Degree Office.
  2. During the first week of the semester, students must provide an English proficiency certificate or official score report from the High School “GSAT,” “Subject-based Test,” or “Technological and Vocational Exam,” equivalent to CEFR B1 or above.

Step 3. Course Requirements

College of Management Dual Degree Program (Freshman & Sophomore years):

  1. Complete major-related credits according to the Dual Degree curriculum (general required courses and departmental electives).
  2. By the second semester of freshman year, achieve required scores in English proficiency tests (TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC) that meet partner universities’ standards.
  3. Attend the College of Management Dual Degree Orientation; in the first semester of sophomore year, choose a partner university abroad.

College of Management Dual Degree Program (Junior & Senior years):

  1. Study at the partner university abroad.
  2. Fulfill the partner university’s academic requirements for the dual degree program.
  3. Maintain regular contact with the Dual Degree Office and your department during your study abroad period.

College of Management Dual Degree Program (Master’s):

  1. Study at the partner university abroad.
  2. Fulfill the partner university’s academic requirements for the dual degree program.
  3. Maintain regular contact with the Dual Degree Office and your department during your study abroad period.

Step 4. Graduation and Career Opportunities

  1. Earn a dual degree.
  2. After graduation, students may apply for overseas internships or jobs.
  3. Post-study work opportunities:
    ►UK Graduate Route (PSW visa):up to 2 years
    ►US OPT visa:1~3 years
    ►France APS visa:up to 1 year
