Dormitory Application

1. Eligibility and Application Method

► Students who have received their student ID number

  1. Dormitory Application Website for New Students:https://edupub.asia.edu.tw/dorm_apply/
  2. Login Information:
    Account: Student ID number
    Password: Date of birth (YYYYMMDD, 8 digits)

► New students admitted through the University Entrance Examination

  1. The university will automatically submit a dormitory application on your behalf. Please carefully read the dormitory contract to fully understand the terms and conditions.
  2. For dormitory-related rules and regulations, please refer to the official guidelines.

2. Application Confirmation

  1. After completing the application, you will receive a confirmation email. Your application will only be considered successful if you receive this confirmation.
  2. Students who applied through the university system should check their Asia University student email account (studentID@asia.edu.tw).
    ⚠️ If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the Dormitory Service Section to verify your application status.
  3. Email: dss@asia.edu.tw

  4. Check-in Announcement: Information regarding check-in procedures and room assignments will be updated on the Dormitory Service Section website.

3. Dormitory Withdrawal Policy for New Students

► Before the semester starts:

  1. Please fill out the online withdrawal form:https://forms.gle/Fc4j4rkcE4jJkZcC6
  2. After submitting your withdrawal request, the updated payment slip will be available in the Asia University Student Information System within 1–2 business days.
  3. If you submit during the weekend, please re-check and update the payment slip the following Tuesday.

► After the semester begins:

  1. You must follow the official withdrawal procedure. For details, please visit the Dormitory Service Section Website → Application Area → Withdrawal Application.
