Dormitory Application
1. Eligibility and Application Method
► Students who have received their student ID number
- Dormitory Application Website for New Students:https://edupub.asia.edu.tw/dorm_apply/
- Login Information:
Account: Student ID number
Password: Date of birth (YYYYMMDD, 8 digits)
► New students admitted through the University Entrance Examination
- The university will automatically submit a dormitory application on your behalf. Please carefully read the dormitory contract to fully understand the terms and conditions.
- For dormitory-related rules and regulations, please refer to the official guidelines.
2. Application Confirmation
- After completing the application, you will receive a confirmation email. Your application will only be considered successful if you receive this confirmation.
- Students who applied through the university system should check their Asia University student email account (「studentID@asia.edu.tw」).
⚠️ If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the Dormitory Service Section to verify your application status. -

- Check-in Announcement: Information regarding check-in procedures and room assignments will be updated on the Dormitory Service Section website.
3. Dormitory Withdrawal Policy for New Students
► Before the semester starts:
- Please fill out the online withdrawal form:https://forms.gle/Fc4j4rkcE4jJkZcC6
- After submitting your withdrawal request, the updated payment slip will be available in the Asia University Student Information System within 1–2 business days.
- If you submit during the weekend, please re-check and update the payment slip the following Tuesday.
► After the semester begins:
- You must follow the official withdrawal procedure. For details, please visit the Dormitory Service Section Website → Application Area → Withdrawal Application.
