New Student Enrollment
New Student Registration Guidelines
1. Registration Location:
Office of International Affairs (L105)
2. Required Documents:
► Copy of Passport
► Copy of Visa
► Health Examination Report (authenticated by Taiwan overseas office)
► Diploma / Graduation Certificate (authenticated by Taiwan overseas office)
► Transcript (authenticated by Taiwan overseas office)
► Admission Letter
► Scholarship Certificate (if applicable)
► Proof of Financial Support
► Language Proficiency Certificate
► Two 2-inch ID Photos
📌 Please prepare photocopies of the above documents and bring them to the office, or you may scan them at the office.
3. Tuition Payment and Related Procedures
►After submitting the documents, please proceed to the Cashier’s Office for payment and obtain a payment receipt.►Only with the payment receipt can you apply for a Certificate of Enrollment.
►With both the Certificate of Enrollment and Dormitory Certificate, you may then apply for the Alien Resident Certificate (ARC).
4. Upload to New Student Registration System
The following documents must be uploaded:
► Two 2-inch ID Photos
► Language Proficiency Certificate
► Diploma / Graduation Certificate (authenticated by Taiwan overseas office)
