Responsibilities
- Internationalization Program Affairs (Point of Contact for Program Implementation: preparing program outcomes, budgeting necessary expenditures, case intake and review, convening review meetings, allocating subsidies, organizing briefing and sharing sessions, and completing reporting and closure procedures with the Ministry)
- Handle promotional activities related to the recruitment of students for the International Division.
- Coordinate and manage matters related to student learning.
- Manage student life and establish career guidance mechanisms.
- Handle inquiries, life guidance, and club advising for preparatory students.
- Handle curriculum planning and coordination with instructors for preparatory students.
- Handle admissions applications for preparatory students, as well as post-enrollment procedures for various certificates, documents, and insurance.

- Handle budget applications and reimbursements for the International Division.
