1. Purpose:

In order to provide foreign students studying in Taiwan an opportunity to experience more Taiwanese culture and living, Taiwan Hostfamily office invites foreign students to join 2014 Experience Life in Northern Taiwan with a Host Family on July 5, 2014.

2. Introduction:

Foreign students currently enrolled in a college or university in Taiwan is invited to spend the weekend with a host family in northern Taiwan. The event will start with a reunion activity between host families and foreign students at Taoyuan County Task Committee, CYC, 8F (802) (Rm. 802, 8F., No.7, Sec. 2, Chenggong Rd., Taoyuan City, Taoyuan County 33047, Taiwan (R.O.C.)), where the foreign students will meet their host family for the first time. The host family and their new family member (foreign student) will then use this event to know each other and share their story in Taiwan. After the event host family will guide foreign students to experience Taiwanese life style. The itinerary is in Attachment.

1. Note:
   1. Foreign students have to pay for the transportation fee to Taoyuan Train Station and the return trip.
   2. This is a two-day activity. Host families and foreign students can negotiate on your own and contact us if you have any emergency.

Day 2 July. 6 (Sun.) 16:30	Host families and foreign students can negotiate when to return to school and bring students to the location to catch a ride. Officially, this is a two-day activity. However, if both the host family and foreign students would like to extend the activity, please contact us after you have worked things out on your own.
