We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the 2026 45th ROC University Student Study Tour to Japan. This is an exceptional opportunity for international exchange, allowing you to gain a deep understanding of Japanese culture and history while fostering friendship and cooperation between the youth of our two nations.

This event is organized by Japan Airlines (JAL) and the Japan-ROC Youth Exchange Association, and is co-organized by our university.

Event Highlights

• Dates: July 6, 2026 (Monday) – July 11, 2026 (Saturday)

• Cost Coverage: The organizers will fully cover airfare, accommodation, meals, and transportation. Participants are only responsible for their own passport and visa issuance fees/procedures.

• Objective: To promote Taiwan-Japan friendship and strengthen international youth exchange.

How to Apply

1. Download and complete the Application Form (see attachment).

2. Provide a photocopy of valid proof of Japanese language proficiency.

3. Submit via Mail: Send your application form to the Activity Section of the China Youth Corps Headquarters.

   • Deadline: Must be postmarked by April 19.
